Spending a week in Greece reminded me how much I love the food there. Meals are simple, balanced, and filled with fresh ingredients like vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice. I just love fresh flavors!
Once I was back in the United States, I remembered how easy it is to make Mediterranean dishes at home. Now I make them all the time.

Greek island hopping with Exodus Adventure Travels was the trip of a lifetime, exploring the breathtaking islands of Santorini, Naxos, and Paros. Every stop was unforgettable, from the stunning scenery and friendly locals to the incredible food.
We enjoyed everything from fresh seafood and traditional salads to pastries made with flaky phyllo dough. And the best part? I came home the same weight as I left! Woo hoo!
